3 cups Greek yogurt (non-fat, low fat, full fat your choice)
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1 cup granola
2 tbs honey
2 tbs balsamic glaze or aged balsamic vinegar
1 tbs sugar
zest of one lemon + 1/2 of the lemon’s juice
2 tbs freshly chopped basil
1/8 tsp salt
1. Gently combine the strawberries, balsamic, sugar, lemon, basil and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well and set aside to let the strawberries macerate to soak up the flavor.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the yogurt and honey.
3. Layer the yogurt, strawberries, and granola in four individual small milkshake glasses or tall skinny glasses. Serve immediately.
